Reviews of 4 Consultations for Implant-Free Nose Surgery

1. ㅂㅇㅂ- ㅇㅇㅁ [ ] CT scan O [ ] Implant-free + nasal tip only (septal cartilage + ear cartilage) = regular price 4.95 million won -> app review discount 3.96 million won (VAT included) [ ] Sedation anesthesia fee: separate 110,000 won

Since he clearly has a lot of surgical experience, as soon as he saw my nose he said, "You don't want an implant, right?" and immediately recommended septal cartilage + ear cartilage. He emphasized that he could do it well without using silicone. He didn't really do an individualized nose design and mostly told me about the surgical materials. Professional, and I liked the design, but because he was busy it felt like he was trying to finish quickly.

⭐️Consultation time [ ] 1 hour 30 minutes including waiting time (-writing personal information ~ CT scan 15 minutes) -Manager consultation 5 minutes / 20-minute wait for director consultation / director consultation 10 minutes. (He came in hurriedly after finishing surgery, but was kind) / 20-minute wait for manager / manager final consultation 10 minutes) There were many Japanese people

⭐️Surgical direction [ ] Shave the hump very slightly + build a columellar support with septal cartilage + the raised/empty areas can be filled sufficiently with only ear cartilage + bulbous nose cartilage tying [ ] Completely unrelated to nostril reduction. No need to do it

⭐️AS [ ] Within 1 year, no surgery fee. (Only material fee and anesthesia fee separate.) Try therapeutic treatment first, then revision surgery.

2. ㅈㅇㅈㅇ- ㄱㄷㅈ No CT scan. He carefully analyzed my nose with drawings and explained the design one by one [ ] Slightly shave the hump + nasal tip (septal cartilage + ear cartilage + donated rib cartilage) + bulbous nose correction + correction of drooping columella [ ] Cost: 5.5 million (review discount -> 5 million including VAT) [ ] Deposit: 500,000. Balance paid on surgery day

I hadn't said what my nose concerns were, but as soon as he opened the door and came in, he guessed and explained every part I was concerned about. He seemed cheerful and comfortable. He does individualized custom design well, but I wondered because he recommended rib cartilage from the first surgery. He sufficiently explained that if only septal cartilage & ear cartilage are used, it could droop.

❤️Consultation time: 30 minutes (not much waiting; direct consultation with the director) There were many mothers who brought college students. Also many men.

❤️Consultation details [ ] My nasal bridge is on the high side & my forehead is low, so no silicone use (if only putting in 1 mm, it's better not to do it). If silicone is put into a long nose, it looks even longer [ ] Even without silicone, straight -> straight-with-slight-curve is possible, If the nasal tip is lifted slightly, it can be straight; if a little more angle is made, a semi-upturned shape is possible [ ] In severe arrow nose cases, if done only with septal cartilage, it can come down in 5 months, or if severe even in 2 months. Because of the cartilage weight, it can come down more than the original nose -> He said the nasal bridge should be shaved slightly, and instead of placing only one septal cartilage inside, septal cartilage / donated rib cartilage should be used together on the left and right to support each other so it won't bend (If built only with septal cartilage, it will definitely bend to one side) [ ] But the explanation about using donated rib cartilage rather than autologous costal cartilage was vague. It was more like, after using it, he found that it was good.

❤️No separate aftercare

❤️AS [ ] Within 1 year, in most cases free of charge

3. ㅇㄱㅈㅅㅇ - ㅊㅈㅎ There were many older mothers. When I asked about donated rib cartilage, he suddenly snapped and got irritated, so I didn't feel very good. Maybe he noticed my mood got worse, but then he suddenly said, "Sorry, but you have a man's nose," and made a personal attack. Even when explaining, if I asked a question he said he didn't know what I meant. He had plenty of confidence that even if something went wrong, he would take responsibility to the end.

It's getting long, so I'll continue in part 2!!
