It felt like a neighborhood clinic, so the kindness of the staff and the director was the best among the places I’ve been to. The wait was really about 5 minutes? I had the consultation right away. The director was gentle and soft-spoken, with a vibe somewhere between a kind grandfather and father. For me, only an incisional method would be possible, but since he doesn’t perform incisional surgery, he just analyzed my eyes. He was so kind that he even apologized for making me come all the way when I couldn’t have eye surgery there, and he really pointed out the details about my eyes well.
