Before <before surgery> After <2 months after surgery> You can probably tell from the before-surgery photos ㅜ Even the previous photos were of eyes that had already had canthoplasty once.. At the time, I thought rather casually that canthoplasty would be simpler than double-eyelid surgery and wouldn’t have side effects.. But honestly, experiencing one failure really teaches you a big lesson,,ㅠ Once the swelling went down to some extent, the effect of the posterior and lower canthoplasty barely showed, and my eyes were just back to my original natural small, clam-like eyes themselves ㅜㅜ I figured this was definitely a failed surgery, and realized that even canthoplasty needs to be done carefully at a place that’s truly good at it, so I worked hard looking into places with both reviews and experience and went around for in-person consultations. Among the places I went to, ㅊㅇ clearly had the conditions I wanted, with both reviews and experience, so I was very satisfied even with the consultation. Since this was a canthoplasty “revision surgery,” even if the results in the reviews were pretty.. if the person didn’t have much experience, even if the consultation was okay, I just couldn’t feel drawn to them.. This time, seriously ㅋㅋ I really did my research online and in person, so I figured my choice must be right and went straight ahead with the surgery, and as you can tell from the after photos, I’m soooo ㅋ ㅜ satisfied. Especially since the previously bothersome raised outer corners of my eyes that made them look stuffy disappeared, even when I skip a few steps in my makeup, my eyes look clear and open, so it’s just “such a good vibe”... Honestly, after canthoplasty, even my eye makeup style changed, and I got the straight, open-looking eye shape I wanted. Even though I experienced one failed canthoplasty before.. I firmly made up my mind and had my revision surgery here ^^.. I’m living with gratitude to Director Choi, who made my canthoplasty a success.. haha If there’s anyone who, like me, is dissatisfied even after having canthoplasty, I recommend at least getting a consultation here,, haha
