Review of a nose consultation

I wanted a rhinoplasty without implants, so after finally thinking it over, I went to two consultations in Gangnam.

At the first clinic, both the consultant and the doctor were extremely kind. They said I have a bit of a nasal bridge and my nose is slightly on the long side, so they recommended a non-implant rhinoplasty!! They said I don’t have that much septal cartilage, so they recommended donated rib cartilage, ear cartilage, bulbous nose correction, and osteotomy. I hadn’t looked into osteotomy, so I’m not really sure, but they said I need to do that to get the non-spread-out-looking nose I want. I liked everything, but the price… 5.5 million won for a first surgery..

The second clinic had been more on my mind than the first, but after the consultation, what I felt was that the director looked really tired, I could barely hear what they were saying, and it felt like they were just giving me a rough look.. The consultant also felt a bit pressuring. The price here was similar too, 5.4 million won, and they said if I put down a reservation deposit, they’d bring it down to 4.7 million. Here, they said something similar to the first clinic, except without osteotomy!

If you were me, what do you think you’d do ..!?? After going, part of me wants to do it even more, but I also wonder if I should just do it when I’m older, in my mid-to-late twenties. Since going to the consultations, I’ve been thinking about it even more and more so muchㅠㅠ Is it originally this expensive
