Accessibility is good, and the facilities are good too. Because registration is handled on the upper and lower floors, it feels like they are operating two clinics at the same time? The wait was shorter than expected, and I liked that I could get the procedure quickly and leave. Since it is run like a factory-style clinic, I guess there was some communication error between them. After the laser procedure ended, I was waiting for the next procedure, but they just left me lying there endlessly, so I pressed the call bell and asked. It turned out the message had not been passed along between them.. If it feels like something is being delayed, it seems fastest to just ask.
