I don’t know which neighborhood in Gangnam it was, but I had surgery at KS. I didn’t know this, but they said rhinoplasty looks pretty for only about 1-2 years, and as time passes, the nasal tip can gradually drop and become in line with the nasal bridge, which can cause shape changes. So I had it done with autologous costal cartilage, and except for the fact that my nasal tip is extremely hard, I think I made the right choice. I think the surgery was done very cleanly, the swelling went down quickly, and among the people around me who had nose surgery, I think mine looks the best. Even strangers stop me and ask about it, so I think I’m glad I had the surgery.
