I had revision surgery because of my epicanthoplasty scar.. I still haven’t had the stitches removed after the revision surgery, but on one side of my eye, a little bit of the red mucosal area looks flipped outward and exposedㅠㅠ The area in the photo feels like it’s drooping downwardㅠㅠ This must be because of swelling and the stitches, right? When I try closing my eye slightly and winking, my eye doesn’t close properly…ㅠㅠ I’m worried… Does the skin around the eye stretch wellㅠ

욕심쟁이42 [@] Thank youㅠㅠ For now, it could be because of swelling, so I’m going to watch it a bit longerㅠㅠ It was surgery to get rid of the scar, but now it looks like I might end up with an even bigger side effect… I’m getting more and more impatientㅠㅠ
예뻐지zr Could you maybe read my post? The area where I was sutured is sunken in, so I’m waiting for revision surgery. I’m wondering if the scar thickness? is similar..? ㅜㅜ They said they would excise mine too, and I’m so scared... Did that happen even though you had minimal excision? I hope it gets better with time ㅠㅠ
욕심쟁이42 [@예뻐지zr] I don’t have the sweat-mark type scar.. I had the white scar that forms after epicanthoplasty on the under-eye aegyo-sal area. It had settled there really large and shiny, so I had revision surgery..ㅠㅠ Looking at your post, the size of the scar itself is bigger for me, but I think yours is a bit thicker.. But that means there is more skin tissue that can be excised, so I think the pulling force? of the scar might be less than mine.. Mine was minimal excision for now. They said they would excise the protruding part and make a new straight scar as small as possible? That was the method they said they would use… The swelling has gone down more than when I wrote the post, but it still feels flipped outward.. I still haven’t had the stitches removed, so I don’t know yet whether it’s because of the fixation from the thread, and I’m trying not to touch it as much as possible.. I think I’ll have to keep watching the progress..

Eye Re-Surgery@eye-redoNov 1 What’s the problem here?
I had a revision with the buried-suture method, but the line feels like it has dropped too much compared with the beginning, so I compared it with photos from week 2. As the swelling went down, my upper eyelid stayed the same, so because of
