I had silicone surgery 20 years ago, and even though I had an upturned nose, the correction effect was minimal, and the silicone implant was small, so people didn't know I had rhinoplasty. There were no side effects, but I became interested in autologous dermis surgery, so I had a consultation and went ahead with it. I also wanted to remove the implant. The surgery was comfortable, and now I'm recovering well.
