I just had posterior lower canthoplasty surgery.. Everything looks double to the point that even typing is uncomfortable, and what it feels like right now is that I had both eyes pulled downward, right? (I didn't even ask for anything severe) But as soon as I opened my eyes, everything looked double, and even both sides look diagonally tilted relative to each other (exactly in the direction they were pulled downward). At first, I searched to see if symptoms like this are common (searched things like canthoplasty double vision), but only recovery time came up, and there wasn't much about double vision, so I'm really, really worried and wanted to ask if this is a common symptomㅜㅜㅜㅜ Even when I try to bring my eyes together and focus the double vision into one image, the degree of tilt in the visual field of both eyes stays the same, so they overlap while still tiltedㅜㅜ Is this kind of symptom normally common? Please tell meㅠㅠ I'm so scared
