It was my first consultation, and it was pretty okay. I was extremely nervous, but the consultant was very kind, and the director also did the consultation well. Strangely, though, I didn't really feel trust, so I wanted to have surgery somewhere else. They answered every question carefully one by one. There was no wait, and I went right in, so that was good.
