When I asked questions and talked about my needs and the things I was curious about regarding surgery, maybe because she has worked with Director Park Jung-il for 11 years, she knew everything very well and answered professionally and specifically, so I was very satisfied. And I was also very grateful that they were flexible in adjusting the surgery schedule...
