Before<Before>Before<Before>After<After>After<After>After<After>After<After>I had nose surgery almost 10 years ago, and maybe because I had a hump that didn’t suit my face, my nasal bridge was high, and over time my nasal tip drooped, so there was no line to my nose at all. It was always a bit stressful, so I made up my mind and picked a list of several hospitals. I had consultations at about two more places, but at one place the doctor was rude and acted like everything was absolutely impossible, and at another place they acted like everything was possible. Neither of them explained in detail what direction they would take with the surgery, so my trust dropped. I had been watching videos from Sugar Plastic Surgery on YouTube for a while, so I made a reservation and had a consultation. Director Lee Ju-cheol clearly told me what was possible and what was not, and for difficult parts he said he would try to improve them in these other ways, so I trusted him, immediately paid a deposit, and went home. On the surgery day, he checked the surgical direction I wanted one more time, informed me again about what was possible and what could be difficult, and the surgery proceeded after everything was clearly confirmed. What I wanted was this: because I had a hump, I already had some nasal bridge height, but silicone had been placed on top of it, so the bridge was too high and the starting point itself was high. In comparison, the nasal tip was low, so it looked pointy and I thought it looked like an Avatar nose. He said we would proceed in a direction of removing as much silicone as possible if it could be removed, but if there was a point where the line was interrupted in the middle, silicone might have to be used. For the nasal tip, I wanted to use donated costal cartilage, so he explained the drawbacks of donated costal cartilage and said he would try to make it as sturdy as possible. As a result, now that 6 months have passed, the swelling has gone down compared with the beginning and the nasal tip has come down slightly, but it is natural-looking and is holding up sturdily! Also, during my first surgery I had osteotomy, and maybe because the space inside my nose became narrow, breathing felt stuffy and uncomfortable. He said he would improve that part too, and breathing is much more comfortable now. It looks so natural that if it weren’t for the scar under my nose, I don’t think anyone would know I had surgery haha. I pursue a natural look, so I’m very satisfied. I had my final checkup, and since I had no discomfort at all, even when he asked if I had any questions, I just said everything was fine and I liked it, so the appointment ended quickly too :) I hope everyone gets it done at Sugar haha
