I originally went in only thinking about buried-suture double eyelid surgery, but they said I had a bit of an epicanthal fold and that it might be good to do an epicanthoplasty too. They said that if I didn’t do epicanthoplasty, the front part of the line could come undone when making the line I wanted, and they explained things related to the epicanthal fold in a lot of detail. Thanks to that, it was nice to learn information I hadn’t known, but I’m a bit cautious about epicanthoplasty because I feel like it might make my eyes look too close together..
