Hehe, honestly, it’s true that I got my first surgery without thinking it throughㅜ Some of my friends around me succeeded with their first surgery, so... I followed my friends and ended up botched. When I was looking into revision rhinoplasty, I really searched online and went around to consultations like I was bleeding tears, and I thought it over pretty carefully before deciding. Now that three months have passed, I feel like things are somewhat stable, and since I really regretted my first surgery and got revision surgery, I think I can show it off, right??
My overall nose length was on the short side, and I also had a deviated septum that caused nasal congestion, so I had those operated on together. I used autologous costal cartilage and also had cartilage repositioning. Before the revision, the tip of my nose looked a bit upturned, and the nasal tip was blunt too, so it made the short-nose look stand out even more, you know?
After reading nose reviews, I went to consultations at 6 clinics, and among them, the consultation with Director Jung Yeon Ik at DI was the most honest, and I liked the design too, so I had surgery there. With the revision, the nasal tip and the upturned-looking part both improved, so that’s the first thing I like. I used to snore badly in my sleep, but maybe because I had surgery for the deviated septum, my snoring is gone too. Since breathing got better, it seems to have resolved naturally. Since the functional nose surgery cost was reimbursed through indemnity insurance, it didn’t cost too much either, so I really think I did well getting them done together.
I was also worried about communication after surgery, but that part was fine too. I was in a pretty sensitive state, so I contacted them sounding a bit sharp, but they answered kindly, so I later apologized to the manager and said I was sorry.
I heard there are people here who even go on to a 3rd or 4th surgery, so honestly, after my surgery, I was worried until the swelling went down, but now I think I can relax about my noseㅎㅎ
