I was half skeptical, but I think the effect is good. Lifting my neck and daily life are uncomfortable, but my neck has gotten thinner. I didn’t believe it, but the effect is good. But daily life is hard, exercise is completely impossible, and when I try to get up from lying down, my neck hurts so I can’t get up. They did say it gets better with time..
