It was my 4th nose surgery, and in the end I developed inflammation and had to have it removed... I took medication for almost a month or two and kept getting antibiotic injections, but it kept recurring, so in the end I decided to have it removed I’m planning to leave the nasal tip cartilage in place and remove only the silicone. I’ll post a review after the removal
