Thinking about it now, I feel like I had the surgery too casually 16 years ago~~ I used to live with double-eyelid tape on, and around the time I started thinking about double-eyelid surgery, I got the non-incisional suture method done at an ophthalmology clinic through an acquaintance. At the time, I felt like there was fat in my eyes, but when the doctor said it was fine, I chose the non-incisional suture method because it had the fastest recovery and looked the most natural. It looked so comfortable that people around me couldn’t even tell I had double-eyelid surgery, but on the other hand, whenever my eyes were tired or on days when my upper eyelids stuck together, like after getting eyeliner tattooing, I would get nervous seeing my eyes look like they were about to come undone. Eventually one side did come undone, so there was even a time when I had only that one side redone with the non-incisional suture method haha But now, seeing the eye from the first surgery gradually become faint and blurry like the eye that came undone before, I’m anxiously thinking about revision surgery again I’m middle-aged, but my desire for beauty is still no less than someone in their 20s, so I’m thinking of this revision surgery as my last double-eyelid surgery and plan to diligently gather information^^
