I was one of those people who are slim overall but have a puffy face, a receding chin, and a double chin because of deep cheek fat. I visited four clinics in Gangnam for deep cheek fat removal, and the other plastic surgery clinics said they would have to make an incision inside the cheek, remove part of the deep cheek fat, and then stitch the incised tissue back together, but only Chaijung said they would remove it by completely suctioning out the deep cheek fat through a small hole. They also said the incision area would just be a small hole, so it wouldn’t need stitches. Honestly, the doctor wasn’t very friendly during the consultation, but he seemed confident in this area, and while explaining the surgery method …
