Not autologous costal cartilage or donated rib cartilage. Honestly, I’ve heard a lot that if you get nose surgery, you end up needing to do it two or three times, so I had surgery with the mindset that I’d do it two or three times over my lifetime. What I had in mind was septal cartilage for the first surgery, ear cartilage for the second, and costal cartilage for the third. But these days, all the clinics keep talking about costal cartilage no matter what ㅠ I get that it makes money, but ㅜ I haven’t even used ear cartilage yet ㅜ Do you know any place that does revision surgery with ear cartilage???
선무리임 When I had revision surgery at Hanabi, they used ear cartilage, along with septal cartilage. But in my case, they said from the start that I didn’t need to go as far as costal cartilage haha. They recommend autologous costal cartilage because that’s what’s needed to get the result you want, but if you strongly say you don’t want to use it, they probably won’t forcefully push it on you, I think?
