The consultation was about 80% with the manager and 20% with the director. The director consultation was based on what I discussed with the manager, but it felt like the director tended to push their opinion strongly regardless of my own. It felt a bit like they were giving estimates in a factory-like way based on the line they do best, so to speak... They didn't give a clear answer to my question about surgical scarring, so I passed.
