Line correction with revision eye surgery + revision canthoplasty

The reasons I decided on revision eye surgery were twofold: 1. Line asymmetry 2. The vertical length of my eyes was too short

With these two issues combined, my eyes looked small and the double eyelids felt meaningless. I wanted to fix everything at once with revision eye surgery, but if canthoplasty is done wrong, it can look too excessive, so I looked for a place that would open the eyes as naturally as possible and ended up getting revision eye surgery from Dr. Kim Tae-hoon.

I had natural adhesion double eyelid surgery together with revision epicanthoplasty and lower canthoplasty, and the inner corners opened naturally without that blocked feeling. There is still some swelling left, but since the line correction turned out well, the symmetry seems well matched too.

Even though the semi-out line was made with natural adhesion, doing canthoplasty together makes the eyes look clearer! A 1-2 mm difference in line height really does seem big, right?
