2-month review of 3 types of facial contouring + revision rhinoplasty

It feels like just yesterday that I spent three months obsessively doing online research and going around for consultations here, but it’s already been two months since surgery. After surgery, I thought I’d leave reviews week by week.. but I’m such a lazy girl ㅜㅜㅜ lololol My memory is fuzzy, so I’ll summarize only what I remember lol   3 types of facial contouring (cheekbones, square jaw, chin advancement, asymmetry correction, doll line) Revision rhinoplasty (functional rib cartilage for the nasal tip, silicone for the bridge, bulbous nose correction, deviated nose correction)   - When planning surgery, I designated separate directors for facial contouring and nose surgery For facial contouring, I chose a director who is good at doll-line results For the nose, I picked a director who is good at revision rhinoplasty!   - It may differ from person to person, but saying it doesn’t hurt is *a lie.. lol I seriously almost jumped out the window It was hard to breathe, my throat hurt, and the right side of my jaw throbbed like crazyㅜㅜㅜ Even with painkillers going in, it kept hurting, it hurt so muchㅜㅜㅜ I wanted to rip my jaw offㅜㅜ Still, from the second day, my jaw became totally fine and it was nothing   - They put something like a silicone support? inside my nose, and because of that I barely slept for two weeks My nose was blocked, so I breathed through my mouth, and even while sleeping I’d wake up startled by the pain of my throat cracking dryㅜ Even when they removed that support two weeks later, I thought my whole nose was being pulled out!!   - Intraoral stitches ............... wow wowowow I cried so much during removal that my eyes were swollen ㅜㅜㅜㅜ It was pain I experienced firsthand from what happens if you can’t beat your appetite and do what they tell you not to do Because I kept moving my mouth and chewing, the right side didn’t heal properly and got inflamed, so I experienced hell For two weeks, if possible, let’s not move our mouths and eat only liquid food......   - After all the stitches were removed, life suddenly became much more bearable. Moving my mouth became smoother, and I could see the swelling going down noticeably every day Ah! After surgery, my nasal tip was lifted and my lips curled inward, so I had a monkey-like mouth, but after stitch removal it gradually recovered At that time, I was seriously looking into lip filler and philtrum reduction, but I think I did well to hold back and not do themㅋ.ㅋ   - I tried all three famous swelling medicines from YouTube... I don’t know if they’re effective But they do give psychological comfort lololol   - One thing I didn’t expect at all was correcting my protruding mouth, but after the nasal tip and chin advancement, my mouth doesn’t look protruded at all!~ Very satisfied with my side profile!!   - As for sensation, I had feeling everywhere from the day of surgery except the left chin tip The left chin tip kept tingling and prickling, as if sensation was about to come back, but it only felt itchy and had no sensation, so I was worried Right as I entered the 2-month mark, I started to feel it now lololol They said I need to watch it until 6 months, so I’ll keep watching!   - For mouth opening, I can now fit 3 fingers! Even before surgery, 3 fingers was my maximum, so now I’m just continuing to practice opening as stretching, within a range that doesn’t strain me

If you’re curious about anything, send me a message~ I want to share the help I received when I was researching too haha
