About a year ago, I had abdominal liposuction at a clinic. It was done with 5000 cc, and I had my abdomen and up to the scapular area done. They did carve out the back flanks a lot, but I feel like my sides and lower abdomen are still the same. But when I look at old photos, the effect also seems pretty amazing.. I also dieted and lost more than about 10 kg compared with then, so please keep that in mind. Even after liposuction, I didn’t get myself together and kept eating, so I wondered if it was really effective, but once I dieted and exercised, I could definitely see the belly fat that hadn’t gone away with dieting before gradually decreasing. Of course, I do think it would have been nice if all the fat had been removed without needing dramatic exercise, but I couldn’t do that because I didn’t have enough money. Still, I think I got an effect worth the cost I paid.
