I think it’s been about a month since my revision rhinoplasty. A lot of the swelling has gone down, but I think there’s still quite a bit of swelling left I had surgery using autologous costal cartilage, and now I have no pain from the autologous costal cartilage at all. The scar is still noticeable, but they said it would fade over time, and I had the surgery knowing that scarring could happen.. I had the surgery with a custom-fit nose implant at Miho, so maybe that’s why it seems to have come out well in the shape I wanted. I like it What I felt after this revision rhinoplasty: since I had surgery with a custom implant like a custom-fit nose implant, it feels like it fits snugly onto my nose, so it’s much better
