Since I’m entering university this time, I became interested in my nose and was looking around here and there, which led me to this site. I wanted to receive and share more information through level-up access, and at the same time, this is a clinic I really want to highly recommend to people who pursue natural beauty, so I ended up writing this post for both reasons.
Actually, before the surgery, they said they would give me a discount if they could use my photos on a cosmetic surgery site for advertising? or as part of the clinic’s portfolio..? something like that, for a price in the late 1 million won range, but I refused at the time because I was worried someone I knew might recognize me by my eyes... But now that 3 years have passed... I wonder if that really mattered, and the result turned out so, so well that I honestly want to call him my father, so I’m leaving this late review because I really hope he becomes famous... hehe
Reason for surgery?) During winter break in my third year of middle school, before entering my first year of high school, I went to a plastic surgery clinic holding my mother’s hand. At the time, I was truly ignorant about cosmetic surgery, so of course I didn’t look up reviews... side effects... or anything like that. My mother also went to this clinic simply because an acquaintance recommended it. Looking back, that was really foolish. Who knew what kind of side effects there could have been... (But honestly, I don’t think reviews of this clinic would come up even if you searched. It didn’t seem like a famous clinic... lol ㅠㅠ)
Main review) 1. Consultation review The interior was clean, and since it was a clinic with one director? the scale was slightly small. I remember the consultant first gave me a brief consultation, and then the director, after finishing surgery, proceeded with the full consultation. The director seemed to pursue something natural. I actually wanted a slightly more glamorous line rather than a natural line, but the director strongly opposed it. He kept stopping me, saying it would definitely look obvious and wouldn’t suit me, and that considering my eye shape, how open my eyes were, and the overall factors, it wouldn’t work. Honestly, he could have just done it, but because he tried to perform the surgery in a way that suited the patient’s eyes, I felt he was conscientious. He marked the line several times, and I think I took up a very long consultation time because I stubbornly insisted on a glamorous line in my own way, but he explained each issue one by one, opposed it, and gave a detailed and careful consultation. After having the surgery, I do think it was good that I followed what the director said. Everyone has a line that suits them, and whether it looks glamorous or not can be covered with makeup, haha!
★To add why I proceeded with a non-incisional method, at the time I really had no interest in my appearance, so I didn’t even know my eyes were asymmetrical. Since I would be going to school soon, I wanted a surgery where the swelling would go down quickly and a double eyelid would form...? That was why. The director also did emphasize at the time that asymmetry correction cannot be done with a non-incisional method.
2. Surgery After the consultation, I made a surgery appointment about 1 week? 2 weeks? later and had the surgery right away. I think the biggest issue with plastic surgery clinics these days is factory-style surgery or procedures performed by inexperienced doctors who are not the director. At this clinic, there was only the director, so naturally the director performed the surgery. I think it was done under sedation anesthesia, and other than smelling something like grilled squid while I was asleep, there wasn’t really any pain. (There was no pain until the end, and the swelling also went down quickly.) Immediately after the surgery, since I had ptosis, the director had me try for almost 50 minutes to see whether I could open my eyes using the strength of my eyes rather than my forehead. He said other patients could do it in 10 minutes, but I couldn’t figure out how to do it, so it took that long. Even so, I remember he kept encouraging? me, saying, “Try opening your eyes with the strength of your eyes!”... Looking back, I feel sorry. ㅠㅠ He must have had another surgery after that... hehe ㅠㅠㅠ
3. After surgery Honestly, my memory gets a bit hazy from here. I visited a few more times so they could take photos of the swelling reduction process. When I looked up other reviews, people said other clinics don’t document the process in that much detail? But this clinic seemed to take fairly detailed photos. I remember it was annoying to go all the way to Gangnam every time. But I’m writing this because I think it’s an advantage for people in this community who are interested in eye surgery, since they can get more information! The director also removed the stitches himself, applied ointment, and kindly explained how to care for the area.

After stitch removal, I went to have photos taken of the swelling, and the director said that maybe because of oil on my double eyelid line, something slightly like milia had formed. He told me that if it didn’t disappear, he would use a laser? Anyway, he told me to come to the clinic and he would remove it! In a way, this is also an aftercare benefit, so I’m mentioning it. But maybe it wasn’t milia, because it disappeared not long after, so I didn’t go, haha.

After my surgery, from my first year of high school until now, unless I told people first, no one knew I had surgery. Every time someone said my eyes were pretty, I felt a little guilty... hehe I really love the line because it’s very natural, but the asymmetry bothers me... so I’m planning to go back there for ptosis correction. (As I wrote above, he said eye-shape asymmetry correction is impossible with a non-incisional method, so that’s why I decided on revision surgery... ㅠㅠ)
