I went up, but the women's changing room was in use, so I was guided to the men's changing room, changed clothes, and had to wait about 10 to 15 minutes
But while I was waiting, at the desk, a male staff member and the female staff member who guided me to the changing room were arguing with raised voices, and they kept mentioning my name, so I felt pretty bad.

They run a ton of events, but I don't think I'll ever go to the Gangnam branch again.
I don't know about the trapezius yet, but PicoSure and Genesis definitely made a difference with just 1 session. The price is, hmm,, VAT separate
