At first, I had surgery because my upturned nose was a complex for me, and when I had my first surgery using septal cartilage, I developed a deviated septum, so I had revision surgery. I had it done by an ENT professor at a university hospital that is supposedly pretty famous, and they used ear cartilage and costal cartilage. I had deviated septum surgery and cosmetic surgery together.
But I had said that the thing stressing me out the most was that my nostrils showed a lot, and the result seems really not good. My breathing is still blocked too.
When I shower, the ear cartilage at the tip of my nose sometimes shows through. When I think about how much I suffered after surgery, I don't want to have another revision, but I keep worrying every time I look in the mirror...
