For example, at other clinics, they kindly explained the surgical method and concerns from the patient’s perspective with a smile, but the director at HM just stated clearly whether something was right or wrong and didn’t explain kindly. It felt like, “Yeah, no~” People who place importance on consideration and kindness, such as the other person’s tone of speech, and who are easily hurt may not be a good fit…
