I liked that the director clearly told me I didn’t need to do things that felt like, “Do I really need this?” I had been considering a lot of different things, but the surgery ended up being lighter? than I had expected. But the consultant seemed to recommend a lot of other surgeries and procedures, saying it would be good to do them together. I only came for a nose consultation, but it felt like they kept looking at my whole face. It’s good that they look at the overall harmony of the face, but they spoke in a subtly unpleasant way. Still, they kindly explained the things I asked about, so I can’t say it was completely bad. But I felt like if I got nose surgery, they would keep recommending other surgeries, so in the end I decided not to do it
