4 years ago, I had 3 mm silicone and used septal cartilage for the nasal tip~! They said it would be a difficult surgery because I had an upturned nose and thin skin.
Because my skin is thin, I’m stressed about the implant/cartilage showing through at the nasal tip and columella... If you have thin skin, please think very carefully before getting nose surgery
