After after after after after before before Until before week 2, I felt like a lot of swelling had gone down, but people who knew my original face could still tell there was swelling around my cheeks, jaw, and double eyelids, so I wore a hat or mask when going around. But from around week 3, the smaller swelling started gradually going down rather than the major swelling, so it became fun to go out with makeup on!! Before plastic surgery, when I was bare-faced, my facial features didn't stand out at all and only my wide face was noticeable, so my self-esteem was rock bottom. But now, even when I go out bare-faced, all you can see are my facial features, and my face has become so~ small that it's amazing haha Friends who don't know I had surgery ask if I got some procedure because I became really pretty, and they're very curious what it is. Friends who know say it seems like my life changed before and after plastic surgery, to the point that they say I did well to get it. For my eyes, I already had double eyelids, so I thought it wouldn't be dramatic, but the inner and outer corners opened up more, so my eyes got bigger. I used to be stressed living with asymmetry, but now both eyes look balanced, so I don't even edit photos, and makeup is much easier too! For my nose, because of genetics, my nasal alae were especially large and I had no nasal bridge, and previously filler had dissolved and spread toward the eye area, making it look blunt. But now my nasal bridge is definitely defined, and from the nasal line to the nasal tip, it became really pretty, so I'm surprised every time I look in the mirror haha For facial contouring, there is still a lot of swelling left in my cheeks and jaw, so it bothers me a little, but overall, from the cheekbones to the jawline, there are no areas that protrude sharply, and it's a natural face shape, so I like it even more. I'm looking forward to the 3-month and 6-month marks even more.
Before surgery, I was short on time because of work and because going around for in-person consultations was hard, so I researched online a ton. There were many reviews saying the clinic does nose surgery beautifully yet naturally, and the nose shape was exactly my wannabe shape lol Since it was my first surgery, I was worried and kept thinking about whether there might be side effects, but during the consultation, both the doctor and the consultant took good care of me and comforted me well so I wouldn't worry, so I felt much more at ease! After surgery, I'm going outside confidently even bare-faced, and I really think it was a great decision to have surgery. Thank you!
