Worried about rhinoplasty (ㅁㅎ, ㄹㄱ)

2 places recommended osteotomy 4 places recommended nasal width reduction, but the other places said everything was kind of borderline, so I could choose to do it or not, and that it would be okay to think about it after seeing the result

I have a slightly bulbous nose, short nose, and my skin is a little on the thicker side Right now I’m deciding between ㄹㄱ and ㅁㅎ, so please take a look and tell me which one seems better

I really want a natural look, so my aesthetic matches ㅁㅎ, but I’ve also seen a few natural-looking photos from ㄹㄱ, and since it’s a one-doctor clinic, I wondered if it might be okay too

Overall, I like ㅁㅎ’s aesthetic better, but I’m hesitating because of the price. Is it normal for primary rhinoplasty to be this expensive? Is Fit Me Nose really worth paying about 600,000 won more for?

Both recommended around 2–2.5 mm. I want something natural and hate when there’s a step-off between the nasal tip and bridge, so I was going to do it without an implant, but then I thought a thin implant might be okay I have to get surgery soon, but I’m really torn

I actually wanted to have surgery at a single-doctor clinic, so I had surgery at ㄹㄱ. At a single-doctor clinic, you can see the director even after surgery~ If you’re too torn, another consultation is fine too haha. The director at ㄹㄱ is also good at a natural look. I had it done at ㅁㅎ, and since the director seems to place huge importance on naturalness, if possible, try raising the millimeter amount a little more in advance. I raised it as much as possible, but even though it’s been 2 years (no side effects at all), aesthetically it looks low, so I’ve decided to get an AS touch-up at ㅁㅎ againㅠ

I had surgery at ㄹㄱ and developed side effects, so I’m looking into revision surgery. They ruined my nose, so I don’t even want to get AS there,, I still have a huge scar on my columella and I’m seriously stressed,, Looking at the open chat room, I saw several people who were botched there. I’m not sure whether the director prioritizes naturalness; it seems more like they just match each person’s needs well? I had a botched surgery at a famous large hospital and then had a third rhinoplasty revision at ㅁㅎ, and it came out naturally glamorous, so I’m really satisfied! I had surgery at the first clinic. The price was attractive, and it had all the advantages of a private clinic, so it was good until the end. The director there really knows rhinoplasty and is good at it, so I think you could trust them and leave it to them.
