I had it done 3 times, and inside the nasal bridge, in the place where the septal cartilage was, they did a wedge graft with donated costal cartilage, and the nasal tip was done with septal cartilage I joined because I want a complete removal Right now my nose seems a bit shorter and slightly upturned, so I'm very worried.. I want to get it removed as soon as possible
