I had natural adhesion surgery, but I set the line a bit high, so it took quite a long time for the swelling to go down..
The swelling gradually went down until the 1-year mark, but until around 3~4 months, I was really worried I might end up with sausage eyes. After half a year from surgery, thankfully the swelling went down quickly, and even now the remaining minor swelling is still continuing to go down!
During my first consultation, the director said it seemed like I was setting it too high, but I said it was okay and asked for it to be made high anyway. Now people around me say it doesn’t look obvious that I had double eyelid surgery, and I’m also very satisfied now.
My eyes before double eyelid surgery weren’t small to begin with, so I wasn’t really thinking about getting double eyelid surgery, but I did it because my mom recommended it, and I’m very satisfied ㅠㅠ!! Why did I not want to do it...
