Maybe because I went during winter break season, the director looked like they had just finished surgery. They explained what my eyes were like and also explained what was needed. They answered my questions well, and the older friend who came with me also had a consultation, and they discouraged surgeries that weren't necessary. Both the director and the consultant were kind.
