I went because an acquaintance recommended it, and since the hospital has many directors, you normally can't designate one, but because it was a director I knew, I was able to request that person. I was worried jaw Botox might cause cheek hollowing, so I asked them to inject it lower down, and they checked the muscles on both sides and gave one extra shot into the larger muscle. They injected it well so that cheek hollowing didn't happen, so it can feel like a factory-style clinic, but if you clearly explain your needs or concerns, they seem to reflect them well.
