Has anyone undone a natural adhesion (buried suture) revision? Please helpㅜㅜ AS consultation

Surgery history 1. 6 years ago, buried suture method (dissolvable thread), between inline and in-out -> The left side came undone and created a double crease.

2. 5 months ago, revision surgery with the natural adhesion buried suture method (I wanted between inline and in-out, but it became in-out) (The right line was also raised slightly to match the height of the left, so both sides were done together)

I’m now 5 months post-revision. I have protruding eyes + ptosis, but the line is high and the fixation is strong, so I ended up with sausage eyesㅠㅠ The revision failed The left was done to match the line from my first surgery, but maybe because the fixation is deep, it’s even more puffy and sausage-like than after the first surgery (Even after the first surgery, my left eye was a bit puffy, but lowering the line is expensive and difficult, so I decided to just go with this line. If I’d known it would become this sausage-like, I wouldn’t have done it on this line.. They never said anything like it could become sausage eyes at all x)

For my left eye, even if I just put up with this eye instead of having a double crease again, I want to undo the right eyeㅠㅠ Especially the right side, maybe because the line was raised too much, it’s still harder to open my eye than before, and if I open it without straining, only 70-80% of my pupil compared to before is visible, so I look sleepy

If I open my eyes half-closed, it’s really obvious to anyone that I’m someone who got double eyelid surgeryㅜㅜ

A week ago, I talked about it during a follow-up consultation with the director, and the director and consultant said that even in their view, it looks like an eye worth undoing, so they would do the removal surgery for free and only charge the anesthesia fee.. They told me to wait until 6-7 months post-op and then decide.

1. They said I can undo it, then check the condition after 1-2 months and set the line again, but I haven’t seen cases where someone had buried sutures twice and then did buried sutures again.. I don’t trust it. Is this possible?

2. My original eyes were monolids, and I’d be fine if only the right eye went back to how it was after the first surgery, but they said they can’t guarantee how it will turn out, so I’m anxious that it’ll become some third kind of eye. If that’s the case, should I undo both sides at this hospital while they say they’ll do it for free, and later look for a hospital specializing in lowering the line?

3. Or, even though I’m not 100% satisfied with my left eye, since it could get worse if I undo it for no reason, should I only undo the seriously bad right side? (But then if a problem later happens with my left eye and I want to undo it, I won’t be able to get it undone for free, and I think it’ll be hard for another hospital to find the threads tooㅜㅜ There seem to be many holes and it seems more complicated than other buried suture methods..)

4. Before deciding at this hospital whether to undo the buried sutures or not, should I go around consulting other hospitals?

ㅠㅠㅠ Please help me,,, Every single day I feel distressed and I can’t focus on anything.. I’m job hunting, so I don’t have the money right now to lower the line, and even if I lower it at another hospital, I think I’d have to do it after getting a job..  I’m worried that if I undo it for nothing and it becomes some third kind of eye, I’ll be even more stressed for years until then What would be best to doㅠㅠ Should I at least go for consultations first?
