The director looked very tired, but he gave a professional consultation. He explained bulbous nose correction confidently and guaranteed a definite result. Since it was my first surgery, he recommended using donated costal cartilage. He said he would make my nose natural and well-suited to my face rather than flashy. But it was a bit disappointing that the noses of the consultant and staff were somewhat different from the style I wanted.
