I'm a man in my 30s, and the tear troughs under my eyes, dark circles, and pigmentation are pretty severeㅡ They said lower eyelid fat repositioning would improve it by about 40%, but they also recommend +fat grafting. I went to 2 places and both recommended fat grafting, but I'm not really feeling itㅜ I'm debating whether to usually just do what they say if they recommend it, or first do lower eyelid fat repositioning and add it later if neededㄷㄷㅈㅈㅈ
