The purpose of the surgery was to improve my hump nose and drooping nasal tip, and I prefer an extremely natural look. So we decided to file down the hump without an implant and put cartilage in the nasal tip. When I told the consultant that, she said Director Park Yu-gil is good at that area. There was little waiting, I had a CT scan, consulted with the consultant, and after a little while the director came in and consulted with me. He explained how the rhinoplasty would be done. He said my septal cartilage is small, but he would try to do it using only septal cartilage, and would use ear cartilage if needed. He said osteotomy was optional. He said if osteotomy is done, the bridge of the nose would be cleaned up a bit. Since the skin on my nasal bridge is thin and the bone shows easily, I think he meant refining that part.
