My lower abdomen protruded, and whenever I wore pants, it looked like only my lower abdomen was emphasized It really stressed me out every time....
I was debating between liposuction and fat extraction injections, and people said returning to daily life is much faster and it’s safer, so I got a fat extraction injection.
After doing tons of online research, the place I had a consultation at was a hospital near Sinsa Station. Since I live outside Seoul, I really searched a lot online before going there. They said the doctor used to be at a numbered hospital, and I was like, oh.. that sounds trustworthy haha
On the day of the procedure, I visited the hospital, changed clothes, did an InBody test, then had a consultation with the doctor and a consultation with the manager. They explained all the side effects and procedure method, and then I went in. After going in, they disinfected the area, and the procedure took about 1 hour? Something like that. After the procedure, I lay in the recovery room for 30 minutes haha
The procedure itself hurt less than I expected. I think the carboxy treatment I had before hurt more I did feel tingling and the sensation of injections moving back and forth in my abdomen, but since they inject solution into the fat, it felt bearable.
However, since they don’t use sleep anesthesia during the procedure, I think I was just a bit nervous lololol Still, they kept talking to me and explained everything throughout the procedure, so toward the end I proceeded while chatting. They were like, it’s bearable, right~? haha
I thought about it for a long time, but once I actually got it, it felt like it wasn’t a big deal lol
And I came home, and there isn’t much bruising, but the swelling is quite a lot because of the solution haha
I think I can already see my lower abdomen getting a bit tidied up lololol Once it passes week 1, I’ll try writing another review hahaha I should use this opportunity to diet hard and go have fun in the summer
