I had a consultation with Director Kim Da-han, and maybe because he had just come back from surgery, he looked a bit tired. Still, he smiled in between and such, so it just seemed like he was tired. After looking at my eyes, he said my skin is thick and that non-incisional buried sutures would come undone, so he recommended partial incision, ptosis correction, and epicanthoplasty. He also tried drawing the line, and said that because the space between my eyebrows and eyes is close, if the line is made too high, I’d get sausage eyes. So we set it somewhat thin. He said that because my Mongolian folds are severe, I need epicanthoplasty. He recommended only exactly what was necessary, without pushing other excessive procedures. But there wasn’t really much explanation, and he just asked if I had anything I was curious about. The consultation manager was extremely kind and showed me photos from after actual surgeries too. They explained everything carefully, including the AS period, aftercare, and surgical method. I was able to schedule surgery during the period I wanted. But I hadn’t been thinking about incision or ptosis correction, and it doesn’t seem that different from non-incisional buried sutures, so I think I need to think about it more..
