I didn’t have blepharoptosis, but it was hard to open my eyes, and I was also told that I looked intimidating because the area above my eyes was sunken. So after a consultation, I had eye shape correction and also medial epicanthoplasty to get rid of the Mongolian folds. There is some scarring, and the double eyelids are still a bit thick. Still, maybe because of the swelling, even though I didn’t have fat grafting, it looks like my eyelids have filled out slightly, and I think that looks nice.
