I went for a consultation for revision eye and nose surgery, but they refused everything. For my eyes, Director Chu said they would be difficult to work on, and for my nose, there wasn’t enough extra skin, and he said I should just live with it as it is. He discouraged me from surgery and honestly said he doesn’t do surgeries that feel burdensome, so I actually liked that. He was kind and tried to answer sincerely whatever I asked. I couldn’t have surgery, but it was a good consultation.
