After always going around for consultations for my upper arms before and after, I finally had a consultation at the end of November and decided to have surgery right away in early December!! Everyone has different skin/fat characteristics and recovery ability, so I was very worried, but even the bio-bonding is at the one-month mark now, and I’m receiving my third aftercare session at a specialized clinic. It’s almost all gone, and the scars seem to have healed quickly too. I should’ve done it much earlier instead of hesitating haha
Since it’s winter, it’s such a shame that I can’t confidently wear sleeveless tops and crop tops, but for this summer, I’m staying motivated and dieting hard too :)
Leaving everything else aside, I think aftercare is the most important. The difference in recovery depending on aftercare is enormous. Next time, I’ll aim for thighs and abdomen too hahaha
