I got incisional double eyelid surgery from Director Jo Yong-jin at Top Tier! The not-too-excessive, natural cat-eye look I was aiming for comes through so nicely every time I look in the mirror or take photos, so I’m really satisfied. Before surgery, I had severe asymmetry on both sides, and since my original monolids had been turned into double eyelids with double-eyelid tape, they were more saggy double eyelids than pretty ones. I even got scars from peeling off the double-eyelid tape and all that, so I really wanted double eyelid surgery so much that it was on my bucket list. What I was worried about going in was swelling, bruising, and scars, but there was hardly any swelling or bruising, and once I was about one month post-op, the scar was barely visible too lol A lot of my friends didn’t even know I had double eyelid surgery, and I think I became prettier in a natural way hehe Also, I hadn’t realized at all that I was opening my eyes using my forehead, but after doing ptosis correction together, opening my eyes became so much more comfortable. No visible scarring, fast recovery, the line is so pretty, and opening my eyes is so comfortable. The surgery turned out pretty and comfortable, so I’m really so satisfied ㅠ
