Hehehe, my short, low nasal bridge and overall small nose were such a big complex for me, so I got rhinoplasty this time and am leaving a review. The director asked me what kind of nose I wanted, so I said my current nose felt too flat, like 2D, and that I wanted a three-dimensional, elegantly flashy straight-with-slight-curve line and correction of my bulbous nose. They said if I used regular silicone for the nasal bridge, it might become too high, so they recommended 3D silicone, and I said I wanted autologous costal cartilage for the nasal tip.
If I had to say what was uncomfortable after surgery, it was having trouble breathing because of the cotton packed inside my nose and the runny nose that kept coming out? That was about it, and after the cotton was removed and the splint came off, it really felt refreshing. There is still some swelling, but even so, compared with my nose before surgery, it feels like it has changed a lot. I like the nose height exactly as it is. I am going to the clinic from time to time for swelling treatment, so the swelling should go down quickly, right?
