Dissatisfied 1 year after under-eye fat repositioning..

I had under-eye fat repositioning in spring 2023, and at first, of course, it seemed like my under-eye area looked cleaner, so I was satisfied. But as time passed, I started to see a bulge not directly under the aegyo-sal, but toward the nose.. At first I brushed it off as nothing serious, but even in photos it looked shadowed, and I kept getting bothered by it In the end, I contacted the hospital where I had the surgery and went to see the director, but he said he had never seen a case like this before, said it wasn’t fat, and told me to go to another university hospital.. No matter how I think about it, I feel like my under-eye fat repositioning didn’t go well haha But well, I’m not a doctor, so I’m going to visit other hospitals too.. I’m not usually interested in plastic surgery, and the only surgery I ever had was this under-eye fat repositioning because it had been a long-standing complex of mine, so I made up my mind and did just this one thing. Since the result is like this, I’m so depressed At the time, I searched hard in a community, visited several places, and made my decision, so why are the hospitals I couldn’t really see back then only visible to me now!^^ If I have revision surgery, the cost will be much higher, and I’m also worried about having to take the risk again and endure that pain First of all, I’m not even sure whether revision surgery will be possible haha I’m so depressed, so I’m just rambling and leaving this here.. Everyone interested in under-eye fat repositioning should also think carefully about whether fat removal or repositioning is right for their eyes. Thinking about it now, I feel like I should have had removal..

[@히요링] Is it okay to tell the hospital in a comment?? This is actually my first time writing a post, so I’m asking because I don’t really know But the hospital isn’t in Seoul, it’s in the metropolitan area, so you probably don’t need to know it!

[@아몬드오트밀] Yeah, actually it kept changing! Especially until around 6 months, even more so? But for me, I think I was most satisfied from 1 to 3 months after doing it, and as time passed, the things I was dissatisfied with kept increasing in various ways, like what I wrote above and wrinkles under the aegyo-sal At 1 month, there’s really still a lot of residual swelling!! It’s still too early to judge~

[@춘슥] It’s been about 5 years since the surgery, and I’m not getting revision because there’s a major problem. After about 3 years, it started coming back again, and now it feels like it’s gone back to before surgery... For hospitals, from online research I’ve first noted down ㅇㅅㅋ, ㅇㅅㅌ, and ㅎㅂㄴ. I’m thinking individual clinics rather than big hospitals might be more meticulous, so I’m planning to go for consultations at those 3 places.

[@it지요니이] Recurrence after under-eye fat repositioning really must be common.. I’m not even 2 years out yet So I’m even wondering if I should have removal.. It feels harder because every doctor says something different Anyway, thank you!!
