I trusted them from the start because the consultation manager didn’t push excessive consultation. I said that other clinics had recommended a chin implant a lot, but both the manager and the director didn’t feel like they were recommending and pushing it; it felt like they were giving me the choice. No salesy feeling. And more than anything, the director really identified the issues with my nose in detail and tried to understand my needs, so I trusted them. I think I’ll have surgery at this clinic, still thinking about it
