I’m living my daily life to the point that I sometimes forget I had surgery. But when I overdo exercise or when I’m not feeling well, maybe it’s just in my head, but even my breasts that had softened felt a bit firm and tight. The next day they were fine again though. Right now, they feel much more relaxed than what I expected the tissue feel to be at 3 months? I think they loosened up a lot while getting aftercare (especially Caps). I really think aftercare is important. When researching hospitals online, I hope you check carefully what types of aftercare programs they have and whether there are extra costs before deciding. I’m glad I chose a place with unlimited aftercare. The hospital looks busy every time I go, but the staff are still kind and take good care of me, so I liked that. After getting breast surgery, more than anything, my clothes fit so much better, so my satisfaction with daily life is beyond what I expected.
